When making a reservation online, you will have the option to pay by credit card, by bank transfer or by Mercado Pago in convenience stores, in either of the two ways you will receive your immediate payment receipt, later and in less than 24 hours we will contact you via e-mail, sending you your Electronic Tickets for the Tour or any service with your confirmation code and where you will find the time they will pick you up at your hotel or the time and the starting point of the tour, or if it is a hotel reservation, the name and address of the hotel you have reserved; You must print this Electronic Ticket and bring it to deliver it at the time of registration, or when boarding the vehicle or vessel. This will also have a unique confirmation number, service coupon number and telephone numbers and address of our offices for any questions.

We recommend you make the reservation as far in advance as possible, 30 days is more than enough, this way you can take it the day you want. Regularly and depending on the service and the season, some tours fill their locations from 4 to 6 days before the date, in addition to the fact that many of the tours do not operate daily. When buying with us you have a WARRANTY FOR BAD WEATHER: • If you wish to change the date of the tour due to bad weather conditions, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance and there will be no charge.

If you travel to Mexico, you will need your original passport, an official identification and your VISA if your country of origin is not on the list of free visa to Mexico. If you travel from Mexico to Cuba, you will only need your valid passport and the visa that we will provide you.

Our Hotel Cancellation Policies are:- Cancellations up to 15 days before the date of entry to the hotel, full refund. - 14 to 7 days before the date of entry to the hotel, refund of 85% of the total amount. - 6 to 2 days before the date of entry to the hotel, refund of 50% of the total amount. - 1 day before or simply not arriving (No show) there will be no refund. Our Tour Cancellation Policies are:- Cancellations up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, full refund. Cancellations from 47 to 36 hours before the tour departure time; 80% refund. - Cancellations less than 35 hours before the departure time of the tour or simply not showing up (No Show); there will be no refund.
