The terms “Todo Cuba Viajes . com” & “Guia Cancun Tours .com”, (“we” and “our”) refer to the legal entity Vive a todo Cuba viajes S.A. de C.V. with address at Privada Tulipanes Lote 2 Número 4, Mza 17, S.M. 77. C.P. 77528, Cancun, Municipality of Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo, Mexico. The term “You” refers to the user of the services we offer through the “todocubaviajes.com” & “guiacancuntours.com” websites and/or through any other marketing channels currently used or that we use in the future to offer Services. Vive a todo Cuba viajes is a travel agency, whose technological platform allows tourism service providers (the “Provider(s)) to offer and market their services to users, who in turn can make inquiries about flights, accommodation, cars, cruises, activities among other tourist services (the “Tourist Service(s)”), compare and book such services in real time, and acquire them separately or combined, assembling and managing tourist packages, according to your needs. Vive a todo Cuba viajes is not the provider of Tourist Services and acts in the name and on behalf of the Suppliers, so it is not obliged – directly or indirectly – to the execution of the Tourist Service. When you contract Tourist Services through Vive a todo Cuba viajes, you are entering into a contract directly with the Supplier that offers its Tourist Services through our Platform. Vive a todo Cuba viajes acts as an intermediary between You and the Tourist Service Providers, and acts on behalf of the Supplier. By contracting Tourist Services through Vive a todo Cuba viajes, you guarantee and declare under formal protest to tell the truth that: (i) you are of legal age; (ii) you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, which you have fully understood and express your express consent to use electronic means; (iii) has full capacity to enter into contracts; (iv) only use the platform of Vive a todo Cuba viajes to book or contract Tourist Services for You and / or for another person for whom You have authorization to act; (v) in case of acquiring services with destination / scale Cuba, is not a citizen or resident of the United States, nor is it subject to the jurisdiction of the United States; and (vi) all information you provide to Vive a todo Cuba viajes is true, accurate, current and complete. These conditions are those of a general nature that apply to the intermediation services provided by Vive a todo Cuba viajes and under no aspect replace or modify the limitations of liability legally established according to your country of residence, nor to the special conditions that each Tourist Provider has defined for its Services Before hiring, directly review the particular conditions of each Tourist Service and each Supplier. Vive a todo Cuba viajes is not responsible or has interference in the particular conditions established by each Supplier for the provision of its Tourist Services. You understand and expressly accept that the intermediation activity of Vive a todo Cuba viajes in the commercialization of Tourist Services does not guarantee that the chosen destination does not present risks to the health and integrity of people. Vive a todo Cuba viajes is not responsible either directly or indirectly for the damages or losses that in any way you or those traveling with you may suffer before, during or as a result of the chosen destination. Vive a todo Cuba viajes is not responsible for the facts derived from fortuitous event or force majeure, including climatic phenomena, facts of nature, union conflicts, among others, that could occur before or during the provision of the Tourist Service, and that could eventually delay, interrupt or prevent the execution of the same. Before confirming your purchase request and prior express acceptance of these general conditions (the “Purchase Request”), we advise you to directly review the particular terms and conditions applicable to the Tourist Service you wish to hire. This way you will avoid surprises and you will be able to enjoy your trip as planned. The terms and conditions of each Tourist Service are established by each Supplier without interference from Vive a todo Cuba viajes. It is especially clarified that Vive a todo Cuba viajes has no interference in the collection of penalties by the Suppliers or fare differences if applicable, which will depend on the terms and conditions of each Supplier. The sole use of the Platform implies acceptance of each and every one of the general and particular conditions included in these terms and conditions, which are considered a contract of adhesion, even if this document does not contain all the ordinary clauses of a contract. Reading and understanding it will allow you to better exercise your rights as a consumer. We suggest you print and keep them, along with the rest of the travel documentation. Remember to take note of the Purchase Request number that will appear on the screen when confirming your request and / or in the purchase confirmation email. That number identifies your transaction and will be essential to make any clarification and / or management through Vive a todo Cuba viajes. If you hire tourist services through Vive a todo Cuba viajes, keep in mind the following information: I. HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK? When you make a Purchase Request in Live all Cuba travel and / or confirm the reservation request with our telephone sales agent, you authorize us to manage your reservation and make the respective charge / s to your account or card. Pay close attention to our subsequent telephone or electronic communications, where we will inform you about the progress and status of your Purchase Request. The good completion of the management of the reservation and / or the confirmation of the purchase, depend on the full and timely payment of the price and / or rate of all Tourist Services. As long as the full payment of the reservation is not confirmed, the Purchase Request will be suspended and could be canceled unilaterally by the Supplier, without liability for the latter. The final confirmation of the Tourist Services and respective prices will occur with the issuance of the electronic ticket(s) or the sending of the voucher – whichever applies – and their respective billing. In addition, credit operations must meet the requirements set by their issuing bank. The issuance of the electronic ticket or voucher – whichever applies – attests to the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Supplier and the conclusion of the contract signed between the Supplier and the person whose name(s) appears on said electronic ticket and/or voucher. If the Purchase Request is subject to confirmation – a circumstance that will be informed in the first email you receive – the amounts paid before the confirmation will be received as a reservation. If your Purchase Request is finally rejected for any reason (for example, but not limited to, due to insufficient balance in your credit card, due to lack of availability, variation in the rate, etc.), Vive a todo Cuba viajes will proceed to inform you of the available options in case you wish to insist on the purchase or reservation or, at your request, will refund the amounts paid. From there you can make arrangements and, in case of additional doubts, you can contact the contact numbers listed on the Platform. II. HOW SHOULD THE PERSONAL DATA TO BE ENTERED BE? You must enter all fields with accurate, complete, current and true data in order to make valid reservations of Tourist Services through Vive a todo Cuba viajes. By entering your personal data on the Platform or declaring it by telephone, you represent that such data (the “Personal Data”) is accurate, precise and true, and you undertake to update such Personal Data as necessary. Vive a todo Cuba viajes is not responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by you. You guarantee and respond for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data entered. Remember that all your data must exactly match the Travel Documentation as defined in point VI). III. WHAT CONTACT DETAILS ARE NEEDED?: You must declare an email address in the “Contact Details” section or to the sales agent. That email is our way of contacting you. Check that the email provided as a point of contact is correct and keep an eye on the information that will be sent to that email. It will be considered that You took timely knowledge of the confirmation of your Purchase Request or of any inconvenience or variation to it by sending such information to the email provided by You. Please note that if the email declared by You contains any error, you will not receive communications fundamental for the management of your Purchase Request. However, you can call or log in to My Account (or through My Booking and/or My Trips) and track and/or manage all your Purchase Requests from there. IV. WHAT BILLING DATA ARE NEEDED?: You must declare your exact tax data in the “Billing Data” section or to the sales agent in order to issue the corresponding tax receipt. You represent that such data is accurate, precise and true. Vive a todo Cuba viajes will not be responsible for the issuance of documents with incorrect information provided by you. You guarantee and respond for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the tax data entered. The updating of the Personal Data referred to in point II), will not affect the tax billing data provided by You. In the event of inconsistencies between the billing information provided by You and those reflected in the proof of sale, You may request through My Account the correction of the invoice within 30 (thirty) days from the date of issuance of the voucher. As an intermediary, Vive a todo Cuba viajes informs you about the characteristics of the Tourist Services, manages your Purchase Requests with the Suppliers, collects, if applicable, the values corresponding to the rates and supports you in the search for solutions in case of a concern or inconvenience. Vive a todo Cuba viajes makes its best efforts to provide correct and accurate information, but is not responsible for errors (such as manifest and typographical errors), interruptions (due to temporary and / or partial server failures or repairs), inaccuracies, misleading or false information emanating from the Providers of Tourist Services. Vive a todo Cuba viajes is not and should not be interpreted as a promoter of the quality, level of service and/or rating or classification of any Tourist Service available on the Platform. We advise you to read the terms and conditions of the Suppliers as well as the comments of other passengers that appear on the Platform to advise on the chosen Tourist Service (s) and assess if it fits your needs and expectations. The Platform may contain links and points of direction to other Internet sites, resources and sponsors of the Platform. Links from the Platform (in any direction) to other third party sites, maintained by third parties, do not constitute a recommendation by Vive a todo Cuba travel of any third party, its websites or the content thereof. Likewise, Vive a todo Cuba viajes may provide tools to allow interaction between the Platform and a third-party site, such as a Social Network. Vive a todo Cuba viajes is not responsible in any way for third party sites or resources, and your use of these sites and resources will not be governed by these terms and conditions. Vive a todo Cuba viajes may, at any time and in its sole discretion, gain access to or use any profile or other information about You that You have provided to Facebook® and/or any other social network or third party website (“Social Network”). In this case, you grant your express consent to Vive a todo Cuba viajes so that: (i) Vive a todo Cuba viajes can access and disseminate on the Platform the information or content that is part of your public profile within the Social Network; (ii) The content of the public profile coming from the Social Network may be considered as generated by You on the Platform; and (iii) The public profile will continue to be governed by the terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy of the originating Social Network. WHAT DOCUMENTATION WILL I NEED TO TRAVEL?: You have a duty to inform yourself responsibly about the legal and/or immigration documentation and/or health requirements that you or the people traveling with you may need in order to carry out your trip as planned (the “Travel Documentation”). WHAT WILL I HAVE TO PAY? HOW DO THE MEANS OF PAYMENT WORK?: When you book one or more Tourist Services through Vive a todo Cuba viajes, You must pay (i) the price or fee set by the Supplier, (ii) the taxes, fees and / or tax perceptions applicable to the Tourist Service and, if applicable, (iii) the management charge for the intermediation service of Vive a todo Cuba viajes (the “Management Fee”). Remember that Vive a todo Cuba viajes acts in the name and representation of the Service Provider and that the values corresponding to the price or rate of the Tourist Services are transferred (endorsed) to the Supplier. Vive a todo Cuba viajes offers different modalities to be able to make and pay your reservations of Tourist Services depending on the Service to be purchased, the Supplier that provides it / s and the means used for payment. The means and forms of payment available for each Tourist Service are those informed on the Platform or by the agents prior to entering your Purchase Request. VIII. WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAY BY CREDIT CARD? Keep in mind that when you inform Vive a todo Cuba viajes of your account or credit card information (through the form available on the Platform or to the telephone sales agent), and then accept or confirm the operation, you are authorizing us to make charges for: (i) the Tourist Service fee (ii) taxes, tax fees and/or perceptions that may apply and (iii) our Management Charges – if applicable -. If you make a reservation in installments option and / or by credit card, keep in mind that: a. The Vive a todo Cuba Travel Management Fee (if applicable) may be applied in full in the first installment even though you have chosen the installment payment option for the remainder of the price or fare. b. The interest and/or taxes that may be generated by the installment payments are added to the price or proposed fee for the service, and this total is divided by the amount of installments selected for payment. c. If you have agreed with your credit card issuer life insurance for debit balance or other charges that affect the total financial cost, remember to consult with your issuing entity the validity, conditions and costs of such insurance or charges, which are naturally alien to Vive a todo Cuba travel and depend on and / or vary as agreed by you with each issuer or card operator. Additionally, your bank may convert prices to local currency and charge a conversion fee. The bank determines the exchange rate and the fee per international transaction. In case of doubts about the exchange rate and rate applied in your reservation, please contact your bench. f. Each transaction is subject to anti-fraud verification processes. ONCE A PURCHASE REQUEST IS CONFIRMED, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL IT? These conditions are available for consultation on our Platform or can be consulted to the telephone sales agent. Check them before booking and remember that there are Tourist Services that, by disposition of the Suppliers, do not admit changes and / or refunds, or admit them with restrictions and / or penalties, – even in cases of illness, strike, climatic phenomena, etc. Remember that each Supplier defines its penalties without intervention or interference of Vive a todo Cuba viajes. h. The procedures in Vive a todo Cuba viajes are made online and in real time. In the case of refunds approved by the Supplier, these may be made by means of a credit or a reversal of charge to the same card with which the reservation was made, with the prior authorization of the credit card holder. If the payment was made in cash and / or bank transfer, Vive a todo Cuba viajes will require your bank details to make the refund by bank transfer. The terms of reimbursement and/or chargeback will depend on each Supplier (in the case of airlines they are usually estimated between 30 and 120 days). j. It should be clarified that the Suppliers are not obliged to exempt the passenger from the conditions of the contract, even in proven cases of illness or physical incapacity that prevents them from traveling; that is to say that if the rate paid provides for the collection of a penalty to make modifications / refunds or does not allow changes and / or refund, the Supplier may charge these charges or deny the refund of the cost of the reservation. k. The Management Fee charged by Vive a todo Cuba viajes is non-refundable. In the case of wanting to make a claim, suggestion or query, it is recommended to make a detailed description of the facts by immediately attaching a copy of the background information, explaining what happened and formulating in clear and simple terms the solution you want. This way we can review your case faster and more efficiently. Vive a todo Cuba viajes will analyze the claim, and will respond to the same email informed by you as soon as possible. If the background check is appropriate to accept all or part of the claim, Vive a todo Cuba viajes will let you know and send you the corresponding agreement by mail. The foregoing, without prejudice to the fact that Vive a todo Cuba viajes could offer you an alternative solution, different from the requests made by you. m. CHAPTER – FLIGHTS Air transportation is regulated by the Civil Aviation Law and its regulations, which agree certain obligations on carriers, concessionaires or licensees, and grant You certain rights as a Passenger. These regulations can be consulted at the following link: https://www.profeco.gob.mx/politicasaviacion/pdf/derechosviajar.pdf In turn, each airline (the “Air Company”) establishes its own fare regulations for the marketing of air tickets (the “Air Ticket(s)”). 0.1. FLIGHT RESERVATIONS, FARES: When you enter a Purchase Request on the Platform and it is confirmed by issuing an e-ticket, a record is generated with your itinerary and reservation code in the Carrier’s system with the data entered directly by you on the Platform. Each Air Ticket is regulated by a series of conditions and restrictions determined by each Airline for each particular fare. According to the amount of the fare, certain limitations are imposed on the use of the Air Ticket, for example, but not limited to: non-refundable, non-transferable, restrictions on route changes, changes of holders, changes due to errors attributable to you in the name of the passenger, imposition of minimum and maximum stays, restrictions on the refund of the amount paid, etc. The cheapest rates are the ones with the greatest restrictions. Keep in mind that Vive a todo Cuba viajes is not authorized to vary or modify in any case the regulations of the Air Tickets. 0.2 FLIGHT INFORMATION: All information displayed on the Platform regarding the Air Tickets offered (itineraries, fares, etc.) are subject to particular capacity and restrictions and are solely responsible for updating rates, availability and other data appearing on the Platform, without no interference by Vive to all of Cuba travel. For this reason, in the period between the entry of the Purchase Request and the confirmation of the payment or issuance of the Air Ticket, the rates established by the Airline may vary from time to time. according to availability. It is clarified that Vive a todo Cuba viajes does not participate in the direct relations that may be established between the Owner and the User from an accommodation reservation. Vive a todo Cuba viajes does not accept or reject Notices published by the Owners nor does it intervene in the policies of use, modification or cancellation of the services provided by them. 6.1 CONTENT OF NOTICES. The Owners (who may be the owner or manager of the Accommodation, or a duly authorized agent of the owner or manager of the Accommodation) are solely responsible for the content of their Notices. The temporary rental contracts that are concretized through or with some type of intervention of the Site, are concluded exclusively between You and the Owner, without Live all Cuba travel has any participation or responsibility in it. Vive a todo Cuba travel does not guarantee that the content of the Notices – including, but not limited provided with such statements, offers, comments, proposals, plans, photos, prices and reservations – whether current, accurate and real, or free from errors or modifications by the Owners themselves. Live all Cuba travel does not have the obligation, but reserves the derecho, to pre-approve the content of the Notices, notwithstanding that – it is reiterated – the Owner is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any description included in the Notices. 6.2 TYPES OF RESERVATION: through the Platform, You can contact an Owner who has published a Notice, and make reservations for Temporary Accommodation, using the following methods and means of payment: (i) Free Booking: the free booking allows the User to contact the Owner free of charge, by clicking on the button included in the Notice intended for “Contact the Owner”. Vive a todo Cuba viajes will provide the User with the contact information of the Owner, so that it is he who provides greater specifications about the Property, and eventually, the accommodation reservation is confirmed, the Owner receiving the price agreed for it. The Owner will have the option to accept or reject the User’s reservation request; (ii) Reservation After Contact: this modality offers the Owner and the User the facility to communicate through the Platform, so that the User can inquire in greater detail about the characteristics of the Notice. After confirming his intention to make a reservation, the user will have the possibility to finalize his Reservation through the following payment methods: i. Payment to the Owner: the User has the possibility to pay his reservation of Temporary Accommodation in full and directly to the Owner. The form of payment, cancellation conditions and price will be determined between the Owner and the User, without any intervention of Vive a todo Cuba viajes. ii. Advance + Payment to the owner: user may pay through the Site a sum as an advance of the final price. In this case, the User must cancel the remaining balance, paying it directly to the Owner under the conditions determined by the latter for collection. Unless otherwise stipulated, the advance is non-refundable. iii.Prepayment: the User accepts that Vive a todo Cuba viajes charges his credit card the total price of the reservation. Before confirming your reservation, the Site will inform you of all applicable fees, including the Accommodation fee, the deposit (if applicable), taxes, fees, tax receipts and/or the Management Fee. (iii) Immediate Booking: the Immediate Booking allows the User to make their reservation without having to wait for the Owner’s response. In order to access an Immediate Booking, the Guest will have the possibility to specify their reservation through the modalities of Advance + Payment to the Owner, or Prepayment explained above. You are informed that both under the modalities of Reservation After Contact (with means of payment with Advance + Payment to the Owner or Prepayment) as an Immediate Booking, the User must inform the Site of their credit card details, which will imply an express authorization for Vive a todo Cuba viajes to transmit said data to the Owner. It will be the Owner who determines the time of collection of the balance of the price. In addition, Owner shall be authorized to charge all or part of such balance to its credit card, in the local currency of the Property or in U.S. dollars (in the case of Properties located abroad). 0.3 ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS: The confirmation of an Accommodation Reservation in any of the modalities explained in 5.2. constitutes an authorization granted by the User by the Owner to access, occupy and use the Accommodation, for the limited time stipulated in the reservation, and for the purposes determined therein. You agree to pay the price proposed by the Owner, to use the Accommodation exclusively for residential purposes, and to leave the Accommodation in the the same state in which it was on arrival, on the day and at the time determined by mutual agreement with the Owner. Any dispute that may arise from your stay within the temporary accommodation must be settled between you and the Owner, not being Vive a todo Cuba travel guarantor or responsible for any inconvenience that may arise. In no case will Vive a todo Cuba viajes be responsible for damages and / or losses that you may suffer in relation to the use of the Temporary Rental Services and / or the operations carried out or not by services advertised through the Platform. In the event that one or more Owners and/or Users and/or any third party initiates any type of claim or legal action against another Owner and/or User, You exempts Vive a todo Cuba viajes, its controlled and/or controlling companies from all responsibility and/or related and/or its directors, managers, employees, agents, operators, representatives and proxies. 0.4 MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATIONS: You may modify or cancel confirmed reservations, subject to the cancellation policy that each Owner has fixed, and has been informed to the Users through the Notices. For this reason, we ask that before confirming a Reservation, review well the cancellation or modification policy that is informed by an agent or through the Platform, because with the confirmation of the Reservation, You agree to pay all additional fees or penalties and taxes associated with such modifications or cancellations. 0.5 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN Live throughout Cuba travel, OWNERS AND USERS. In none of the booking modalities explained, Vive a todo Cuba viajes establishes with the Owner and / or with you any relationship of agency, partnership, joint venture, employee – employer or franchisor – franchisee. Live all Cuba travel is not a party to any rental agreement or any other transaction between the Owner and the User nor is it the owner or manager of any of the rental properties temporary published on the Platform, nor does it establish or intervene in the conditions stipulated by the Owners and Users. 0.6 IDENTITY VERIFICATION. Vive a todo Cuba viajes does not assume any responsibility for the confirmation of the identity assumed by each Owner. We recommend that you communicate directly with the Owner using the tools available on the Platform, although even this measure does not guarantee the identity of the person with whom you are Communicating. 0.7 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Under no circumstances Does Viajes live throughout Cuba, its controlling and/or controlled, affiliated and/or related officials, directors, advisors, agents and/or employees will be responsible for the effective fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the Owner and/or the User in the improvement of the operations related to the services offered on the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that Vive a todo Cuba viajes is not an interested party in any transaction that may be entered into from the Temporary Rental Service, and that it has no control over the security of any transaction, temporary rental property, or the veracity or accuracy of any publication or other content provided on the Platform, and does not guarantee your safety. CHAPTER 7 – PACKAGES On the “Packages” page of the Platform, you can put together a trip dynamic. The dynamic trip allows you to add all the Services that you wish to acquire following the modality of “shopping cart” and pay in a single payment all the Services.With the modality “shopping cart” You can go searching and selecting different Services (flights + accommodations + activities + insurance + cruises + transfers + buses and / or any combination between them) according to your tastes and needs, performing a single search and booking as many Services as you wish. Live all Cuba travel simply acts as an intermediary showing the available options and enabling you to select the Services, Providers and combinations of Services according to your own tastes and needs but while still acting as an intermediary in accordance with applicable Mexican regulations. 0.1 Live all Cuba travel NOT A PACKAGE ORGANIZER: Vive a todo Cuba viajes does not organize Packages or advise or try to sell a Service and / or a specific Supplier with respect to another. You can view on the Platform all the available options to build your own trip combining – flights, accommodation, car rental and/or transfers – instead of buying a predefined or closed package. Live all Cuba travel can suggest Packages combining Services to facilitate your search. However, You may modify any of those Services at any time prior to purchase to that the Package adapts to your needs. Remember that Live all Cuba travel does not acts as an organizer, since it is not the one who chooses and / or combines the Services or decides which will be the provider and / or designs the schedules. 0.2 PACKAGE BOOKING METHOD: The process to assemble your Package is very simple and consists of 3 steps: (i) Enter the Packages section and define the travel dates and destination. (ii) Services are selected, such as flight, accommodation, car rentals, or any other product. (iii) Before paying, it is necessary to confirm the purchase of each of the selected products and choose a payment option. 0.3 CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICIES OF EACH SERVICE: Remember that each Service selected by You for assembling your Package is governed by its own conditions of change and/or cancellation established by each Supplier and that the modification and/or cancellation of a Service does not affects, in any way, the other contracted Services that will be governed by their own conditions and that must be modified and / or canceled individually whenever the conditions of the Supplier allow it. The modifications will enter into force from the moment indicated; failing that, it will be understood that its application is immediate. By using this Platform after the modifications have been posted, You agree to be bound by subject to such modifications, alterations or updates of the Conditions of Purchase, without the right to make any claim in relation to it. AGREEMENT, WAIVER AND EXONERATION ON COVID – 19: By booking with Vive a todo Cuba viajes, you carefully read our terms and conditions and agree that Vive a todo Cuba viajes served only as a mere booking intermediary between you and the final provider of the service. So they have implemented safety and hygiene protocols with the aim of providing you with a quality service and a safe vacation. Therefore, you and those by those who respond understand that there are many unknowns related to the COVID virus – 19, including, inter alia, its methods of transmission, the presentation of the symptomatology and its duration. In addition, they understand and know the inherent risks associated with COVID-19 and agree to reserve and use the services of End Providers by acknowledging and assuming those risks. You and those for whom you respond exempt from all liability, will hold indenme and undertake not to sue Vive a todo Cuba Viajes S.A de C.V., and its predecessors, successors, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries and other related entities, past or present directors, assignees, representatives, agents, lawyers, managers, administrators, business partners, Suppliers, or any other persons in any way related to Vive a todo Cuba viajes (the “Released”) in respect of any claim, legal action or claim of any damages, of whatever nature, economic, financial or otherwise, legal, contractual or non-contractual, directly or indirectly related to the transmission, contagion or spread of COVID-19, including those claims for damages arising from the actions or omissions of any of the Suppliers, or from actions or omissions of You by not complying with the measures or protocols imposed by the Suppliers. During the time that You and those for whom You respond, use the Providers’ service, you agree to comply with any and all Providers’ requirements related to COVID-19, including, but not limited to, compliance with government orders or guidelines, social distancing orders and/or wearing masks, communication immediately to the Provider of symptoms and/or possible infection, personal hygiene rules, isolation and quarantine, and any other orders or directives issued by the Providers, or any home country agency or entity or any local authority. We reiterate that all hygiene and safety protocols adopted by the final Suppliers are the responsibility of the latter, so Vive a todo Cuba viajes does not assume responsibility for the efficiency of said protocols.
